We ship to all 50 United States and select U.S. territories. International shipping is not currently available.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $99 within the continental United States. Free shipping applies to standard ground delivery only.

Local Pickup

In-Store Pickup Available! Skip the shipping costs and pick up your order directly from our Gettysburg location.

• Orders ready for pickup within 1-2 hours during business hours
• We'll notify you when your order is ready
• Bring valid ID and your order confirmation
• No additional fees for pickup service

Processing & Handling

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday (business days only)
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day
• Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

Order Tracking

All shipped orders include tracking information. You'll receive:

• Order confirmation email when you place your order
• Shipping confirmation email with tracking number when your order ships
• Delivery confirmation when your package is delivered

Shipping Restrictions

• We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for certain oversized items
• Some items may have shipping restrictions due to size or weight
• Hazardous materials cannot be shipped via air transport
• APO/FPO addresses are subject to extended delivery times

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing during transit:

• We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue
• Replacement items will be sent at no additional cost
