Return Policy

Overview

At Leather and Steel, we stand behind the quality of our products. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations or needs. Our return policy allows for most unused items to be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Returned within 30 days of the purchase date

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, used, or altered
  • Sale items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Intimate apparel and undergarments for hygiene reasons
  • Custom or personalized items

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at contact us by email or call us at our customer service line. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at contact us by email or call our customer service line to request a return authorization
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include your receipt and return authorization information
  4. Ship or bring the item to:

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that depending on your card issuer, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after the timeframe mentioned above, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at our customer service email.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
